Fred is Chief Strategy Officer of WHITESKY, taking charge of the company's financial management, legal affair, investment and financing，investor relations, cooperating with financial institutions and professional organizations, taking part in the corporate strategy making and financial planning and control.

Fred has many years of working experience in financial management and capital market. He had worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers and CFO of listed companies, and had been responsible for team management coordinating and investment and financing activities.

Fred graduated in Shanghai Jiao Tong University and got bachelor’s degrees in electronic information and law. He also got MBA degree from the National University of Singapore. He is a non-practicing member of the China Institute of Certified Public Accountants and CFA charter holder.
